CANCELLATION POLICY
RSC POLICIES Thank you for choosing Refining Skin Collective. To ensure the best experience for every client, please review the following policies before your appointment. Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-show appointments will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. If the service cannot be completed, the 50% cancellation fee will apply. Illness If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
